What is your process for free estimates?

You can call our office at 239-692-9732 or fill out the contact form on this website. Our office administrator will schedule an appointment for PJ to meet with you at your home at a convenient time for you.

When can you start?

Timing will vary based on type of roofing system, availability of materials, and existing workload. PJ will discuss this with you in person.

How long will it take to get a new roof?

This depends on the size and scope of work. PJ will discuss this with you in person. Timely and efficient installations are important to us. We are proud of our reputation for quick and professional installations.

Do you have your own crews?

We have our own crews. We only use our own trusted employees and never subcontract.

Will your crews need to use my bathroom?

Absolutely not! We will treat the exterior of your home with respect and our crews will need no access to its interior.

What if my home currently has a leak?

We will provide you with a temporary repair until we are able to come out to replace your roof.

What about soffits and gutters?

We do not provide these services but are happy to provide referrals to a professional in the area.

 
 
 

Insurance claims


Estate Roofing, Inc. can help provide homeowners with guidance in the insurance claims process. While we do not file insurance claims for homeowners, if necessary we can provide letters explaining why a roof needs to be replaced vs. repaired. We can go over your loss report with you to help you understand if it is fair. We can provide line-item estimates upon request from your insurance company. Finally, we will meet the adjuster on-site if needed.
